Its been to long and I have been having motivational issues / life has been to hectic. As seems to happen when you don't look, you trip up. I weighed myself this morning and *sigh* I am at 260lbs. I have gained 30lbs and it annoys me. What makes it worse I want to do something but I am fine with going to "The Dog" in Nashville and having a hotdog and onion rings *WTH*.
Second to this is that I am procrastinating about getting the bike trainer up and running. I am hoping that by posting this I may actually get it done. Maybe by the time I post again (another 6 months you say?) it will be up and I will be on it.
